The translucent patches are windows that can be created from certain content using gestures. For example, the user can double-tap on a paragraph of text to create a separate patch that can then be moved somewhere else.

The gestures need for different patches operations can be tricky to memorise, be consistent and achieve the right level of fluidity when it comes to the interaction.
